For podman, mentions it already uses journald which is a production ready default, and that the user can capture logs from there to a remote system with standard tools like fluentd-bit. 

For docker, recomment users configure the global logger to non default. At least syslog, and mention that there are log shipping divers available like splunk and fluentd, and link to the docker documention for logging drivers.
